Lawrence has studied Reiki in several traditions and has taught and lectured on Reiki in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Germany, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Lawrence is the best selling Author of ‘Reiki Healer’ and has published and written several articles and books on Reiki including: "Reiki Healer; Reiki Q and A for Beginners; The Ultimate Reiki Guide; Reiki Meditations for Beginners; The Spirit of Water and Everyday Buddha". In over fifteen years of teaching Reiki he has been responsible for bringing the art of Reiki into more than 2,500 peoples lives. He has also been directly involved in establishing several Reiki Healing Clinics, specifically in the area of Cancer Treatment and prevention. He currently teaches part-time in Australia.
Lawrence’s other interests include: Tibetan Buddhism, Meditation, Shamanism and Transpersonal Studies.

Paul Smith - IIRT In-House Reiki Instructor

• Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho Instructor (Fourth Degree) - Shoden and Okuden Instructor as authorised by the International Institute for Reiki Training (IIRT)
• Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho First, Second and Third Degree Practitioner (Advanced Reiki techniques)

Paul commenced studying Reiki at the International Institute of Reiki Training in February 2003. Completing the Shoden, Okuden and Advanced Reiki courses Paul then embraced the opportunity to undertake the Shinpiden level at a course held in Nusa Dua, Bali in November 2004 which he describes as being "an amazing humbling experience".

Paul maintains that he had only intended to do the Shoden course however the journey has become much more than that and he continued on to teacher training, Shinpiden 4, which he completed in September 2006. Paul incorporates Reiki into his life on a daily basis and still cannot believe how much of a life changing experience Reiki has been.

Paul has a deep interest in Tibetan Buddhism and meditation, expanding these practices into his life, and developing further understanding through reading.

Paul also has interests in Tarot, Psychic development, spiritual paths', and the culture of Bali while maintaining a strong passion for Harley Davidsons. Paul is a member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) and can be located at various Psychic expos under the banner of "Healing Spirit".

Stuart McDonough - IIRT In-House Reiki Instructor

Stuart began to walk the path of Reiki in 2003 and since that time has worked intensively and consistently through the Training program of the I.I.R.T.to become an Authorised Instructor in the Original Japanese Reiki System.

With an extensive background [some 35yrs] in Nursing and Crisis Intervention, he brings to his Reiki Practice a deep and sensitive understanding and appreciation of people across all age groups and under most circumstances.

Traditional Japanese Reiki has for him, become a "way of life" and whilst his commitment is to continue to work towards the "Advanced Diploma" in Reiki through the Institute, his principle objective is to "bring Reiki into the lives of as many people as possible".

Stuarts other interests include the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism, mediation and sound healing, which he is currently exploring through the mediums of the Didgeridoo and the Native American Wind Whistle.
