Hatsurei-ho Monthly Meditation Nights
In addition to our weekly Reiki practice sessions, we also offer on the 1st Tuesday evening of every month a Reiki Meditation session.
The format for the Hatsurei-ho (Jap. 'generating spiritual practice') Meditation nights takes place after a series of two practice sessions (until 8:15). Then until 9pm, a guided Reiki Meditation from the Shoden level is presented and practiced.
Following our practice, the group is open to ask any questions, and share Reiki experiences. On these nights we cover a variety of topics and get to know Reiki, healing and ourselves better. The purpose of these groups is to gain a better connection and flow with the Reiki energy.
Each month we focus on a different Reiki energy practice from the Shoden Beginners Level.
This group is only open to IIRT Members who have completed an IIRT approved Reiki for Beginners Workshop in the Japanese style of Reiki.
The following is the timetable schedule for 2009
- December 2nd 2008: Chakra Kassei Kokyu-ho
- January 6th 2009: Closed Over New Year Break
- February 3rd 2009: Hikari no Kokyu-ho
- March 3rd 2009: Nentatsu ho
- April 7th 2009: Gassho Kokyu-ho
