Hatsurei-ho Monthly Meditation Nights
In addition to our weekly Reiki practice sessions, we also offer on the 4th Tuesday evening of every month a Reiki Meditation session.
The format for the Hatsurei-ho (Jap. 'generating spiritual practice') Meditation nights takes place from 7:30pm until 9pm. During this time a guided Reiki Meditation from the Shoden level is presented and practiced.
Following our practice, the group is open to ask any questions, and share Reiki experiences. On these nights we cover a variety of topics and get to know Reiki, healing and ourselves better. The purpose of these groups is to gain a better connection and flow with the Reiki energy.
Each month we focus on a different Reiki energy practice from the Shoden Beginners Level.
